My background spans visual communication, web design, and business strategy—with qualifications including a degree in Visual Communication, a diploma in Web Design, and Business Management.

I work at the intersection of brand, marketing, and technology—often leading projects that involve rebrands, campaign strategy, automation, and UX-driven design. As a certified Salesforce consultant specialising in Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce CRM, I also bring deep experience in marketing automation and lead management.
