IQOS
IQOS approached me to design an interface for their client portal, enabling customers to manage personal information, view loyalty programme details, and redeem vouchers. I handled the design, while their team developed and prototyped the solution, which was implemented within Salesforce Customer Cloud.
IQOS developed a Salesforce-based customer portal that allows clients to access and manage their personal and product information. The UI prioritizes intuitive navigation, a clear information hierarchy, and seamless functionality, ensuring an engaging user experience that simplifies access to services and support.
As with any project involving a user interface, it is crucial to first design and map out a thoughtful, customer-centric design. By the time the development team is involved, it becomes a straightforward process of developing and integrating the necessary technologies.
The customer portal seamlessly integrates with client information in the Salesforce CRM, enabling users to view detailed product information directly within their profiles. Additionally, a customer reward program and voucher system were incorporated into the UI, ensuring that individuals can easily access, manage, and redeem their rewards and vouchers.
